As the Owner’s Advocate, we provide our clients with the ability to have independent and detailed control of their project from the initial planning through design, construction, operations and maintenance. We are a professional hands on management firm, with vast experience in all aspects of the facility planning, design, construction, and operations process. We work directly for Facility Owners and Primary Users as an extension of their staff, providing representation and leadership that is needed to achieve successful projects.

With more than 70 years of project management and facility assessment experience, our In-House Project Representatives facilitate programming, design, and the construction process enabling us to control costs, maintain schedules, and deliver the Owner’s project objectives. We mold our Project Management services to complement the Owner’s resources and maximize the return on their investment. We are the Owner’s Advocate.
